We do not guarantee retention of RAM data following a reset during normal operation.
Since a reset occurs asynchronously from normal operation, it could occur while data is being written into the RAM. In such a case, data might not be correctly written into the RAM.
Consequently, if a reset occurs during normal operation, integrity of the data in the RAM cannot be guaranteed.
This is a problem associated with the timing at which a reset occurs. No problem happens if a reset occurs while data is not being written into the RAM. However, if a reset happens to occur while data is being written into the RAM, the amplitude of the write signal might be less than the specified value or the address might fluctuate while the write signal is on. Consequently, data might be written not only into the address that was being written, but also into another address.
