Can the ICLK be set to a frequency lower than PCLK and BCLK?

Question:

Can the system clock (ICLK) be set to a frequency lower than that of the peripheral module clock (PCLK) and external bus clock (BCLK)?

Answer:

The system clock (ICLK) be set to a frequency lower than that of the peripheral module clock (PCLK). However, please do not set a frequency lower than that of the external bus clock (BCLK).
