Latest Updated:08/05/2009

Question:

(Flash Memory)
1.   In the Flash version, is it possible to read out or modify the chip contents when protection is enabled?

Answer:

  1. In standard serial I/O mode, Flash chip contents can be safely protected from being read out, rewritten, or erased by setting an ID code. In parallel I/O mode, they can be protected using the ROM code protect function.
