In the RX610 or RX62N user's manual: hardware, a 0.1 μF multilayer ceramic capacitor is recommended between PLLVCC and PLLVSS. However, in the RX62T user's manual: hardware, 22 μF is recommended. Is there a problem with using 0.1 μF?
Yes, for RX62T, a 22 μF multilayer ceramic capacitor is recommended between PLLVCC and PLLVSS.
For RX62T, PLLVCC is the POR reference voltage.
The capacitance of CPB is set to 22 μF in order to prevent misdetection of POR.
